After a healthy and fresh breakfast, you will get going right away on your first ride. It will take you to the south cross country, getting your first introduction to the desert trails.

After returning to the hotel post ride you’ll have a few hours to get some lunch, take a nap, or whatever else your body may be craving.

At 4 pm, we will offer a yoga class - time to work out the travel kinks and any sore muscles from the first ride.

You’ll be free to head off to any of the many nearby restaurants (we have great recommendations!) for a delicious local dinner.

Your day will begin with a light breakfast so we can get on the trails right away.

Your ride today will take you up to the north trails (we will trailer the bikes to the trailhead). We will be riding one of the most loved downhill trails this morning with lots of burms and swooping hills.

On your way back to the hotel, you will be stopping for a delicious brunch/lunch at one of our favourite spots. Look forward to delicious breakfast burritos, speciality coffees, and refreshing smoothies.

Upon returning to Casa Verde, you will have the afternoon free to swim, get a massage or just relax in a hammock with a book.

As the temperature begins to cool, you will head out for another ride in the south trails. You can keep it as chill or charged as the group wants and return back by 6 pm to head out for dinner at your choice of restaurant.

Today will start with an early snack before heading off for an incredible 20 - 25 km cross country ride. You will end at one of our most loved breakfast spots - a secluded artsy spot in the middle of the desert.

After returning to the hotel, you will have all afternoon to restore, relax, and enjoy new friendships. If you would like us to book massages for you, this is another great day for that.

At 4 pm, our cooking class will start and will culminate in a shared evening meal together.

Your day will start with an invigorating yoga class - get some exercise before a more relaxing day. After yoga and a filling breakfast, we will be picked up by local captains and taken for a day of beach time and snorkel adventure to a deserted island. Get ready to see sea lions, swim with Nemo, and relax on the beach. We will have lunch on the island and return mid afternoon for free time.

There is an option to head for a ride in the early evening if energy levels feel up for it.

You are free to make dinner at the hotel or head out to a restaurant.

A light breakfast will start your day and then you will head north with your bikes to tackle the biggest climb we have here in our area. The climb is hard but the vista is an amazing reward. As you come from our summit towards the trailhead, you will be able to see the beach we at the end - the perfect place to jump in the sea post ride!

In the afternoon, you will have time to organize your luggage and have the mechanic disassemble your bike for travel.

At 4 pm, we will have one last yoga class before finishing up to get ready for dinner.

Dinner will be a celebratory time for us all to get together at a favourite local restaurant and reflect on our week!
